When do I get my money?
The proceeds are available as a balance in the app immediately. A withdrawal to your bank account then takes 1–3 business days.
Can I have the gold delivered?
Physical delivery is currently only possible in Singapore, where your precious metal is stored. You can sell at any time, though.
