Step by step

For security reasons, our support changes your name, date of birth and address. Tap the entry in your profile.
Spargold will never ask for your password or PIN by email or phone.

I forgot my PIN. What now?

Contact our support. We will help you regain secure access to your account.

How do I delete my account?

At the very bottom of your profile you will find “Delete account”. Sell your precious metal and withdraw your balance first.
